THE PROBLEM MAY NOT BE YOUR MARKETING
A company can produce more content, reach more people and still leave the audience unsure what it offers or why it matters. Before production begins, the real communication problem has to be identified.
TRUST IS NOT
A CLAIM
Strategic creative direction means knowing when the existing model is broken before buying more media. We define the job before we pick up the tools.
FIELD NOTE 003
EVERY ASSET NEEDS A JOB
No camera until the job is clear. One production should create more than one useful asset. Efficiency is a creative decision.
WHAT THE FIELD NOTES EXAMINE
These notes follow the same sequence as the work: diagnose the problem, identify the proof, make the creative decisions and build the right production.

What is the audience failing to understand... and is content actually the answer?
What are we asking people to believe, and what evidence would make that belief reasonable?
What job must each asset perform, where will it appear, and what decision should it support?
What needs to be captured, who is needed, and how can the production create lasting value without unnecessary scope?
The point is not to turn every project into a framework.
It is to keep the creative attached to the reason the work exists.
